Donna Allen, Daleray Allen & a helper

It is apparent the family atmosphere has been the nature of this company’s culture. Daleray Allen began working for her parents in 1993. She has also watched the changes in growth as she worked from “file clerk” that first year to Customer service representative. Now as the company’s bookkeeper she sees the growth of the business in real dollars and cents. Through the company’s relationship with I.S.L., Daleray was provided with some of the top industry training possible. Her main focus in training over her career has been operations accountability classes such as financial management, and open book management theories based on financial accountability. While Daleray has been focused on learning and growing daily, she also spends a good amount of time training co-workers. Now she is in charge of Running the Company.
